"Edwin and his team just finished a good sized project for us at our home. We got several bids and he came in well below the next closest bid. Great communication with Edwin, he got us our quote when agreed upon, showed up the following week right on time and went over our project again before leaving his team to work. In two days our old and new beds looked amazing. His guys cleaned up everything and they really did a very professional job. Really cheap rates on mowing jobs too. "Although the service was okay, I really want to encourage the Handy men to be specific in cost once the job starts. DONOT double your cost in the middle of the job. Increase of cost due to additional work or other issues arising is one thing. When other issues arrive, it should be explained, discussed and a new negotiation on work to be completed and cost should takes place. No receipt was provided. Increase of cost for any other reason is unethical. I think Home Handy man Service should create a profile on every handyman. The profiles should include experience in customer service, skills and abilities, and providing receipts of work completed. Service call cost(if any) and or pick up material cost."
