"Do NOT hire this Idiot. He started the work and demanded 80% of the contract price after doing only 20% of the work. He said he will come back to finish. He never showed up two times. He kept saying get somebody else to finish. I asked he return the excess money he took. He never showed up. He cheats people. Never, Never hire him. Even the work he did, was very poor quality. he broke the drywall and I had to find somebody else to fix it. The biggest issue is ne keeps changing the price he quoted. He agreed to do it for $450 and demanded $600 after that. He keeps adding more cost, like picking up new door another $80. First he said no charge for that. Dont believe anything he says. He kept saying he will give written quote and receipt for the money he received. He never did that. It has been 3 months. I plan to take him to court."

"My request was for a simple curb core. I paid a $106.00 deposit and they sent someone who didn't know what he was doing and he broke the concrete around the hole (pic attached). I called and the owner came out two days later and put on a patch. I was concerned that it wasn't going to last so refused to pay until, at least, the patch had dried. Two days later, I moved the pipe he put through the hole (it was sticking out in the gutter) and the patch fell out. Pictures attached. I called and didn't hear back for 24 hours so have now hired someone else to repair the damage. I want my $106 deposit back. He destroyed my curb and now I have to pay MUCH more to repair it. At this point I don't want him to do anything further. If we end up in court I'm going to ask him to pay for the repair."
