"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. I called him back within 30 minutes and asked him if he could install 2 of them for the given price. He told me he was headed my direction anyway and would be glad to stop by and do the 2 for me. When I contacted him to follow up, he was delayed for ilness which is COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE, but in spite of numerous follow ups and promises, my storm door is still warped (I think the piston was installed incorrectly) and the deadboldt still does not engage all the way.
