Two employees showed up which was $150.00 an hour + parts. It was the lead employee that informed me that the billing would be $150.00 an hour. In addition, I was charged for an additional 1/2 hour. I called the boss to ask why but he was not certain and "assumed" it was drive time. I like to have concrete facts as opposed to assumptions."
