Excellent company, very responsive to any issues - if we have any bugs inside, they are here immediately at no additional charge. Fair pricing. I have recommended them to all my neighbors."

Around the same time, Truly Nolen came back and treated the outside of my house without contacting me. They charged me another $117 for this service. I called three times asking to speak to someone about the bill, but was told each time that someone would call me back. No one called back and they turned the bill over to a collections agency. I would STRONGLY recommend AGAINST this company. The only good thing I have to say is that the service techs that came out were always friendly and courteous, though the treatment was ineffective. The office staff was not friendly nor courteous when I called asking to speak to management."
