Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."

"I would so, so recommend TJ Roofing. I have learned to get three estimates, especially for house repairs. TJs was the first company to look at the issues with my garage. My next door neighbor was the person who told me and showed me the problems and told me I needed repairs. I was very pleased with TJ...friendly manner. He gave me an estimate but I looked around for more estimates, since I have learned to get three estimates. The second roofing company to come was Christian's roofing. He insisted my garage needed a new roof. I sent him an email which he never responded to. The third company said they don't do repairs. So I hired TJ Roofing and am so glad I did! The office manager drove down from Olympia (to Centralia) for signing the contract. We had a nice conversation. She said it might be a while before the repairs would be done. So I waited and when I didn't hear anything, I contacted TJ. That Saturday a crew came down and did exactly what was in the estimate, which was thousands of dollars less than a new roof. I appreciate the difference in price especially right now. I have had to spend quite a bit of money on other changes for my house and inflation is hitting hard. The neighbor who uses the garage and told me about the needed repairs said they did just what was needed. Thank you again Temo and crew!"

"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
