"This is one of the emails I sent. Hello, I am extremely upset as I paid for my washer to be taken care of last Monday. I paid up front and the part came in broke Friday. I called to reschedule my appointment and they said the part would be ordered and I would be contacted. Saturday came and I never was contacted. I reached out and found out that the part was not re ordered. They said they took care of it and as of today, there is still no part ordered. I would like to go with another company. I’d like to know how much of my money I can get back. This is ridiculous and I can’t keep waiting around for this part and have the run around. Please contact me as soon as possible. I maybe received two brief emails. No one has bothered reaching out to me via phone. It was 460 up front. I really feel like they stole my money. They gave me the run around trying to get to billing. It’s just awful. It was our first time. 100% don’t recommend. Hopefully they will be professional and get it done."
