"The person dumping the gravel made a mistake and spilled a pile of gravel. He apologized profusely and said his son would be out to spread it. His son shows up and a little while later knocks on my door; the neighbor's dog is "attacking" him and jumping on him hindering his efforts and he does not like dogs. My neighbor is at work so the son asks me if I am friendly with the dog, which I am, so he asks me to occupy the dog while he finishes up because "it won't take much longer" I just started my lunch break so I went down and entertained my neighbor's dog for what ended up being nearly an hour. I was working from home so I had to work 45 minutes longer because of it."

"Steve King responded to my call this morning by coming out within 30 minutes of my call. In March of 2013, King's installed a culvert under my stone driveway. The job was great until a year later (today) when we had over 4 inches of rain in a short time. The culvert was apparently blocked by debris and undercut by fast moving water. Steve came back quickly with his excavator and completely repaired the problem, saving the rest of the driveway stone from being washed away. He and his helper had a difficult task of digging in water and saturated soil. The job went very well! They brought extra stone and rip rap. All work was completed under their "make it right" guarantee. I could not ask for faster service. <br />"

"I called several companies. Greendell had the best price per yard, and a sale running. It negated the higher delivery charge. I paid when ordered in case I was gone upon delivery. The mulch was ordered in the morning, and delivered before 4:00 that afternoon. The delivery driver was courteous, and placed it on the tarp I had placed in the driveway. It's high quality, and spreads very nicely. <br />"
