Both the owner Frank and on-site manager Luis were excellent communicators throughout the project. Luis and his crew worked hard during hot weather, and did a careful jub. The estimate for total duration was off, but Luis explained why he needed more time due to un-anticipated problems with the existing, non-optimal sprinkler system.
