Donovan Arborists is an owner/operator business. I am a Certified Arborist and licensed with the Colorado Department of Agriculture. As the customer, you deal with the owner through the whole process. I like to meet with first time customers to discuss your needs and then help you develop a plan.

"Got a quick response for an estimate and got the work scheduled within a couple of weeks (which was great considering how busy the spring is for tree work). The only issue we had was with the arrival time of the guys doing the work...I had been told they would arrive in the morning and had to call and find out where they were. They ended up going to another job before ours and came in the afternoon instead. Not a huge deal, since I was home all day, but it would have been an issue if I'd taken just half a day off work and expected them in the morning. When I called the scheduler I talked to was very apologetic. The trees we were having cut down came down quickly and they even removed some dead branches we had on the side of the house. The tree trimming and deep root fertilization has left us with a very happy looking tree. Overall we were very happy with Donovan Arborists and would use them again."
