Removed a garden tub and built a beautiful big shower and new everything. The crew was great to work with. They really looked out for my interest throughout. After estimate is completed within 24 hours, you will have the opportunity to forget to follow up, but dont worry, another admin will call you to schedule the appointment that you forgot to make…literally for the next day. After work is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your bill to easily pay online (who does that?). After it falling to the bottom of your email for a few weeks, you will be politely reminded. Not only was it easy to pay, they didnt even charge me extra for my laziness. Cant recommend this company to anyone, unless you of course want an actual great experience with a contractor. "

"We've had all of our windows replaced with Pella over a period of years by McComb. The quality of the windows and the work done by McComb from ordering to installation was nothing short of exceptional! They recently replaced the windows on the front of our home that were over 20 years old. All but a few were still in great condition, but we decided to replace all of them with a different style that will make cleaning the windows much easier. Once again, it was an outstanding experience! On a scale of 1 to 10, McComb is an 11! My Dad was a representative for Andersen Windows. He strongly recommended Pella over ANY other brand. Based on our experience, he was absolutely right!"

"CONSUMER WARNING: Hired in February 2023 and they finished in June 2023. This was supposed to take a month to start and 5 days to do the work. Took 3 different installers and the BBB to get work done. Also had to hire a outside contractor to fix their work and damages. BOGO was false advertising. Sales guy lied. Install was excellent. Mucked up the house with dirt and mud. Carpet and floors were brand new. Clothes and anything in master bath had to be cleaned. Total garbage company."

"Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."
