"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Got here around 8 AM removed the tiles in the affected area, replaced some roof sheeting new tar paper replaced the tiles about i/2 day. Left the area clean. Very informative showed me photos of the damaged area and what they were going to do to repair the leak. If I should ever have another issue with roof I will be sure to call them."

"Joe did a fantastic job of identifying my problem and addressing the roof repair quickly. I highly recommend him. He was also very fairly priced."

"Clearview did a great job on my roof at the project done within a week very replaced"

"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

"Chris did a fantastic job replacing our tile and flat roofs. He is extremely knowledgable, honest, and fair. While his quote was not the lowest we received, his pricing was competitive and a great value for the quality of service he provided. There were no surprise charges at the end. He is a great communicator and always answered or promptly returned all our phone calls. He's very easy to work with and unsurprisingly got along well with our solar panel installer. Prior to working with Chris, our house was always stifling hot due to the old tile roof we had. Chris added a reflective radiant barrier underneath the new tile and it's now 5-10 degrees cooler in the house. We're blown away by the difference the new roof has made and wish we had replaced it years ago. We are so happy we chose to work with Chris and would highly recommend him."

"Very professional. They showed up on time, both for the initial bid and the repairs. The repair was explained to me in detail, the work was done timely. They cleaned up the mess when finished. I was also given an estimate as to how much life we have left in the current roof."

"The Project Manager was excellent in working around the holidays, December 2025 rainstorms and crew availability to repair my November 2025 roof leak and interior wall damage however, two issues of concern were not resolved, i.e., despite the contract stating that "Painting all vents to match the roof", a vent was not painted because they claimed that referred only to any "new" vents installed, and there are 1/2"-1" gaps between some of the reinstalled tiles. Both issues were emailed to the company and discussed with the Project Manager but not resolved."

"Friendly. There were 2 leaks that needed to be addressed. I will be able to be a better judge of the repairs when it rains. The bid was better than the 2 other I received. After Aaron was finished he showed me the pictures of the repairs. He inspected the entire roof and fixed a couple places that were headed for trouble with no extra charge. I would have given 5 star review but like I stated before it hasn't rained yet."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."
