"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. "Nestor, the owner, was great before, during and after the project. When he first came out he climbed up on my roof and identified the problems right away. He took lots of pictures before, during and after the job since I couldn't get up on the roof (tile is slippery...too scary for me). He was prompt and his communication was outstanding. Finished the 1 day job and cleaned up nicely. Reasonable price but they earned their money. Now he'll come back every year to inspect my tiles to see if any need attention! That's gold! I spoke to another roofer who never went on my roof to inspect the problem and just gave me some ridiculous quote and said it "might" fix my roof. "I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"Within a week of requesting an assessment of our tiled roof in Hemet, the repairs were all completed within the estimate, even though more tiles were replaced than in the estimate. All three people we dealt with, Diego the Sales manager, Atturo and Jose the repairers, were knowledgeable, helpful and informative. They were safe and capable in their work and they made sure any debris was cleaned up.
