"In the end, our new patio turned out great. However, the company initially failed to obtain the required permits, causing a cascade of delays. There were a series of problems resulting from a lack of a project design blueprint and unexpected changes in paver prices that cause delays and increased the cost of the project. in the end we ended up with a much nicer patio, but a project that lasted nearly 2 weeks instead of four days and cost an additional $10 per square foot."

To be fair, this was during the summer of 2021 and most contractors seemed to be experiencing delays. We ultimately asked for our deposit to be returned. They seem to do good work. If you were to hire them, I would get a commitment to timing in writing."
