"My call for service was answered by a very friendly and responsive representative.  The next day, the owner, Thomas Burke, came to find out about my job.   I told him I was concerned about branches of two very tall trees falling in a wind storm.  One tree was between my house and the neighbors the other tree was down by the pubic sidewalk.  Mr. Burke assessed the situation and said the trees were healthy, but pointed out some large branches that he recommended removing.  (4 limbs on one tree and a large section at the fork of the other tree). <br /> Mr. Burke was very friendly as well and took time to answer all my questions.  He made me feel that my job was important.  He gave me a bid at that time and told me I can have the Angie's list 5% discount off of the quote.  We scheduled the date.   Promptly in the morning Mr. Burke and his crew arrived.  One man climbed each tree.  There were also men on the ground who helped.  They worked efficiently and very carefully.  This was very important as there were electric wires, parked cars and our homes to watch out for. <br /> When the men were finished (took only a couple of hours), they removed the branches and cleaned up very nicely. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I have used Pacific NW Arborist's twice now. The first time, they removed two large fir trees, a maple tree, and a willow tree. The fir trees required the use of a crane. They spent one day delimbing the fir trees and removing the maple and willow. They returned with a crane to remove the remainder of the fir trees. All went very well and they did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. The second time I used their services, they removed a large pine tree that had begun to lean and posed a threat of falling over. It took them about an hour to climb, delimb, remove, and clean up.
