"The field workers are great and hardworking. Management however is absolutely TERRIBLE. They cannot schedule and worse yet they will NOT call you back. I've been trying for weeks to get them out here to repair a piece that has been damaged. When you call you get a message that you've reached Barbara McCullen (sp?) and Perfect Fence to leave a message. I've left a half dozen messages in the past few weeks and cannot get a call back. People, please read all the reviews about this company before you spend any money here. Note that the reviews reflect that the workers do a good job, the fence looks great when finished but the reviews of how customers are treated by management and/or office workers is absolutely awful. Many other places to use instead of being frustrated like the rest of us. Call elsewhere."
