"The owner called me and confirmed that I still wanted my security doors install. I was given a day on the weekend, but he called me and said he can get to me early in the week and it was my only off day. He kept in touch with me until the day my doors were to be installed. He sent his workers out to my house and they were very nice and respectful. They put my doors up so fast within a few hours, as they ran into a little problem out the door up. That wasn’t a problem for them they fixed it right away. I love my doors and the way they cleaned up after themselves when they got finished. After the door was done they made sure that I was satisfied, and I was very satisfied. My owner also called to see if I was satisfied with their work. I love their work how fast, neat and clean their work was. My son came over and asked who did my doors, he will be using their service as well as me for my future home projects. "The initial consultation and price quoted were very reasonable. Oscar understood clearly the scope of work, the expectation set for the quality of the project, and his team executed it with great professionalism and craftsmanship. Marisimo (I may have spelled the name incorrectly), is an exceptionally talented drywall installer/repairer. He did some ceilings, laundry room repairs, and other tight patches and you would never know the ceilings and walls were opened. They even skim coated, sanded and painted a crack in our kitchen ceiling without hesitation when I mentioned it. I told my wife, I do not like spending money but the work they did and results were worth every penny. I would DEFINITELY hire Pitas Painting again and oh, they are meticulous about cleaning up and keeping materials organized and throughout the entire process! Superb Quality; Reasonable Price!"

"We purchased a new home that we wanted painted inside and out before move-in.  Our first choice of provider  who we had previous experience with was not available on the timeline I preferred so I went to Angies List and messaged several providers.  Tim Lee was the first to respond (within minutes) and contacted me that evening to set up a time to come give estimate and let me know they could start the following week and be complete before our move in date.  He used Sherwin Williams paint which was our preference and had a paint swatch stack on hand so we could select exact paint colors during the estimate visit which was helpful and saved us going to Sherwin Williams and grabbing several cards and taking them back to the house to contemplate/decide.  He was very thorough and professional in estimate and provided us several options to see what best met our budget.  He was EXTREMELY prompt in response and communication helping get our project started.  He estimated 7 work days to complete and actually was able to start ahead of schedule by 1 day and complete project in 4 days.  There was a communication issue with team as they had communicated completion prior to actual completion but that was quickly resolved.  All in all we were very pleased.  We dropped in to check progress every day and team was very courteous.  I will say it was a little more cluttered with personal items scattered outside and in during the work but they did clean up everything when complete.  A few splatters were found after completion but minimal considering 2 stories 2499 sq feet completed and nothing we couldn't touch up on our own and had we had them do ceilings/doors it would have resolved itself but we chose to limit to walls and baseboards and exterior for personal budget reasons.  If you need a quality job completed in a short amount of time, this group worked days/nights/weekends until completed.  I would recommend them!"

This time we needed a new tile floor and new tub and tile surround for a much neglected upstairs bathroom. They also repaired and painted the walls.
