"This company is terrible me and my wife have been having issues with this company since Nov of 25 and now it?s Feb of 26. They let us run out of oil in January. Never made a delivery in December. Now I have less that 1/8 of a tank and I have been calling them for a week and they keep changing my delivery time. Every person that we speak to says we are on the list and then they change the delivery date. I have a 11 month old in the house and the don?t seem to care about any thing but will charge you and not deliver oil. We have also used the economic plan and 3 times my wife has called they have told her we are not on that plan when she is the initial on that set it up. I?m def gonna write something to Better business bureau about this company because this is getting out of hand."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"LeLack construction was one of only a handful of companies that even call me back when I was trying to get an estimate to convert a screened in patio into a bedroom. He did not hesitate. Estimate was pre covid but Work took place during covid. Workers took all precautions necessary. Due to supply chains limited availability project took a little longer. Prices did go up a little but that was due to the suppliers and not contractor. Contractor was very fair with the increase. The room came out better than I could have hoped for. Would use again."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"This company charged me for 2 hours to cap a broken pipe/spigot in the yard. Then on top of that they charged me for "Service call" for truck expenses they said. Then they charged me to use a tool to cap the pipe. Total of $386. Find another plumber, these are not fair charges. Home depot sells a push on cap that I could do in a few minutes for $10."
