"About 2 years ago we had Allstate Roofing we do our tile part of our roof with a new underlayment and they did a great job. So when we needed to get our built up roofing areas done we felt good about having them back since the first experience was very good. Allstate Roofing applied a silicone roof sealer to our built up roof areas. One of the areas was the garage and our a/c unit sits on the garage roof. When Chad came out initially he noticed that the area around the a/c unit needed to be re-coated and underneath of it as well as all of the garage roof and the patio roof. Chad did a great job in coordinating their roof re-coating with the a/c contractor that needed to move the a/c unit temporarily so the coating could be done underneath of it. Chad had told us that since he knew we would be without a/c and it was getting very hot that they would do their best to get it scheduled in ASAP, which they did. The same day that the a/c unit was moved Allstate Roofing came out about an hour after the a/c contractor was done and applied the roof re-coat where the a/c unit was and around it. Then Chad had coordinated the a/c contractor to come back later in that same day and put the a/c unit back and hook it up. We really appreciate Chad, the owner of Allstate Roofing and his crew getting the re-coating done and the fact that the a/c unit was hooked back up and running later on that same day. "They did some weeds on one of my properties. It is in a condominium complex, there is no house on it. It is a vacant lot. They took care of the weeds for me. He told me that if the weeds came back, he would come back for me. He came back no problem. I wanted him to do something else for me. He came back in another city not far from where he is. He said he would do it. He came back and I guess, he didn't want to do it. He said it would have to be more. I wanted him to take care of the weeds because he did it before for me. He wouldn't call me back. The other thing I wanted him to do is just some work he said he could do. He estimated it and said that he doesn't want to do it. Because he is not licensed so he could not do it. I tried to get him to come a couple of times to do the weeds but he would not get back with me. He come out and it cost me $300 to have him do it. So he did it. He said if the weeds came back, he would take care of them. Well they came back, I asked him to take care of it and he would not take care of them. It was after a time period that he said that he would do it. Then I had him come see me in another city, he is just ignoring me. He doesn't want to follow up on what he says. The first time he came out, he did a good job. The second time, he said he would come out and do it. he did not do it. He was a little high. He was on time. I don't feel that he is very professional. I would never use him again. He is not licensed or insured."

"This firm is truly unusual! In reality my roofing job was a tough one. The home is ultra contemporary with a flat roof. Not only that, the 850 square feet of new roof they built flashing for and foamed had to be tied in to an older existing roof. As if that wasn't bad enough, the home sits on a 5 acre site and a non-driveway route across the desert had to be found because the driveway was too narrow with too many curves to accommodate their trucks. Before any bid, they came out to inspect the job, understood every cosmetic challenge and then responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Perhaps best of all, the job is beautiful. <br />"
