"We were so impressed with this team. We had a patio project after being in our home for a year and so we had about 5 companies come out for a free estimate. Gold Medal were the only ones who brought samples, offered suggestions, answered any questions I had, had very competitive prices and actually wrote up an estimate/contract for me. Everyone else that came out was just strictly verbal with their estimate (which sometimes sounded like they gave us a price out of thin air!) or seemed annoyed. We needed new patios in our backyard mainly because we had standing water on one side and we would get water in our basement on the other side because the patio was not pitched away from the house. The first time Carlos came to our house, he quickly and confidently came up with a comprehensive plan installing new drainage to carry the water away from the house and installing new patios and retaining walls. The project definitely evolved over a few months and my wife and I decided to also redo a walkway, permanently remove another walkway and add accent lighting.
