Richard Martinez, the owner, handles sales, communications, and job-site coordination. He is personable, dead-aim honest, and professes high standards. Communication is the weak suit, as everything goes through his cell phones and it can take a while to get responses. My four estimates covered a 2-fold range, and his was fair and competitive. The job took longer than projected (two days plus a QA check by Richard). This was a pro-active, out-of-pocket property upgrade that I spent a long time on. I'm glad that the job is finished, glad that I hired StarTech. We have not yet had any heavy rains, but I look forward to years of tight and dry service."
