We agreed on a day and a time but it was rained out though it was not communicated until 1-1/2 hours after the agreed delivery time and I tried to contact him 30 minutes prior to him contacting me. He informed me that he was behind because of the weather and would not be delivering the soil that day either and any time the following week would be better.
