Our doors slide a lot better; however, the family room door closes tightly and is manageable to open but more difficult than before. Tal told me that it was the new lock and needs to be broke in over time. This answer seemed plausible. I would recommend his services!"

"TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost. I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late with my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to."
