Chris bid on replacing a section of sidewalk, installing a stone path, and pouring two concrete pads: one 13 ;x23; pad and the other 19'x30' (change order to 21 x36 ). Chris is pleasant and works hard. His bid was the highest, but I support small businesses. The large pad ended up 21 ;x35 ; (a foot (*21 sqft*) less than agreed and paid) and spalling in large areas. It has not been a month since it was poured, and the pad has yet to be used. I will have to epoxy once I can afford it.
