"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."

"I had contacted several people to get a quote for our job. Luis was one of the first to respond. He set up a time right away to see the work that needed to be done. Once we agreed to work together the project moved quickly. He sent someone else to remove the old back splash. Luis would not allow him to patch anything until he saw the work. He then replaced sections with drywall instead of patching because the areas would be too weak. He said that if he would not do it in his own house, he wouldn't do it in mine. He always wanted someone home during the work. I really liked this as it protected both of us. When questions came up I was right there. He worked quickly, but I can't stress enough the quality that was put into the job. He did not cut any corners to save time and he explained what he was doing where needed. He later recommended a painter that we also hired. The quality of his work was also amazing. I would highly recommend Luis Flooring and more as well as the painter ( although I don't have his specific name)."
