I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. "Shelly came to look over our landscaping and give us a budget to redesign and install new landscaping. She was very condescending, making insulting comments about the existing pavers and landscaping. I asked where she would ballpark our job. She said over $100,000. We have a 3000 s.f. house on probably 1/8 acre lot. Smallish. I was floored by her estimate and her attitude about our home, which looks the same as the other 25 homes in my subdivision. And they all are well kept and look good. Also, they all look the same, so I have no idea why she thought I would/could change the look of my pavers and driveway when every house she drove by on the way in looks exactly the same. Maybe she quoted that high of a number because she didn't want the job. But no need to be insulting. I texted her to tell her we're going in a different direction because her budget was too high, and she never responded. Seemed like a bother for her to come here and she thought she was above the neighborhood. I don't recommend talking to her."
