Despite this, these individuals are employed for short-term labor and later dismissed under the pretext that their immigration status is irregular. While the company publicly claims to operate in a fair and professional manner, the reality behind the scenes reveals a pattern of humiliation, discrimination, and grossly disrespectful treatment toward workers. Such actions not only contradict the company’s stated values but may also constitute violations of labor and anti-discrimination laws. These practices raise significant ethical and legal concerns, particularly in relation to the fair treatment and protection of vulnerable workers. The owners did not call to find out how the first service went of cleaning. My recommendation is to find a different company or do the work yourself. This company is definitely not worth the money."
