"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Chris is a pleasure to work with. He showed up quickly after my call and was up on our roof looking for causes of several leaks we had. His assessment was thorough and he took the time to explain in detail our roof situation including issues with the structure underneath the shingles. He was willing to simply fix our leaks but also offered his opinion of the entire roof and other problem areas. His quote was prompt, had great detail on scope of work and was very competitive. "We had to go to the bear bones of the roof because in thoes days they only used wide boards to hold shakes for a roof now code demands plywood for a base. The work and workers were fantastic, fast, worked as a well tuned crew and were respectful and polite. They cleaned up and left the yard cleaner than before they came!
