"He was very careful in tracking down the location of the problem, starting from the basement service input and working along the sequence of outlet boxes. It took a couple of ,hours to finally track dowe the basic source of the problem. He then had the family room power, bathroom, kitchen lights, and enclosed porch lights back on. The head mason made himself available to us on Saturday to demonstrate the need for repairing the front steps. This was a very effective way to show us that work was necessary and we appreciated their commitment. The head of the company also stopped by on Saturday to make sure that the work was proceeding in line with our expectations and see if there was anything else they could help us with. The stone work was completed over 3 days and the gutters were done the same week.
