"Sirlei and her team come to service my house once a week and when they initially started they were aware of my dog and two cats, and all three of them ADORE the women which was a relief because the women interact so kindly with my pets so much so that Teddy, my Yorkie, waits for them on Fridays. But I think it really hit my family and I when we adopted a dog who was neglected and we were worried because he doesn’t let anyone pet or touch him, he is scared of humans in general. They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . "I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect!
