We rescheduled for the following week and they arrived on-time. Overall, the finished work was done as discussed and were thorough for adding caulking around the doors to prevent water from leaking inside the house. Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."

"Pat quoted the work promptly in the spring of 2014 but we were flexible in our dates of when the painting could be done. We just wanted it done by the end of fall 2014.  Pat estimated that his schedule would be open about August.  At the end of July he called and said he could start the next week.  Pat's price included labor and paint with 25% down when the work began.  We signed a contract. The home has vertical aluminum siding.  The windows were capped with aluminum and did not need to be painted.   <br /> <br /> The color was being changed from tan to gray and the accent color was being changed from brown to a burnt red.  He cut in the edges by the windows and sprayed the main outside walls with 2 coats.  The spray was even and well done.  The accent color painting was well done also.  He was careful about masking and protecting other items from over spray.  My wife noticed that if the wind changed, they would move to another section of the house where it was more protected.  His team was careful about not damaging the outside plantings. Pat communicated well and was a pleasure to work with.  We would hire him back for any future needs."
