"TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."

The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. "I had a jug of the recommended product, which Mr. Dexter used to spray the entire roof--not just the bad sections. He expertly corrected a downspout position to direct rain into main gutter. Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. If additional roof treatment is needed, there will be no additional cost for me. [I had contacted 2 other roofing companies, which were recommended by Angie's List. One company did not respond. A 2d company gave a $930 estimate, which did NOT include spraying the roof for moss/algae.]"
