Derek came to the house and was very polite and personable and gave me a detailed job description with a very reasonable estimate. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner; Derek and his crew did great work and an amazing clean up job before they left. I had a question about the bracing bolts being a bit too long, and the crew came immediately and trimmed them and it looks great. They worked very hard to save a tree my wife desperately wanted to save. As they say, if the wife is happy, I am happy. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low.
