They also did a wonderful job painting my alley walkway, doing a partial replacement of my porch floor and wonderfully tarping the floor as well. "I'm afraid we'd have to give this company a low/fair rating. Two guys came to clean our ductwork, and while their attitudes were helpful enough, they simply didn't have sufficient training to do the job. In addition, no one ever called to confirm the appointment the day before (my wife had to call them), and when they passed the 10-12 arrival time, we received no call letting us know they would be late. Not very professional!! When they arrived, we had all the furniture moved and assisted in directing to the furnace and resisters ?! Right from the beginning, their hose didn't adapt to our filter housing (needed an adapter). The tech asked if he could cut a hole in our ductwork ?! "NO", so I made a adapter with cardboard, cutting to the size of the opening and hose ?! They seemed to have trouble removing some grills, so I loaned them a screwdriver and a box cutter. Finally, after they left, I noticed that they changed out my filter which when I checked it, the new one was put in wrong, upside down and didn't mark the date ?! The two, service techs seemed very "green", but friendly. Unfortunately, "you get what you pay for" and I would not hire again"
