"Very pleased with the work Nate and Tom did. They arrived early each day, were very professional and friendly, knew what they were doing, and did it well. They looked out for my interests by pointing out that the mailbox post, which was originally just going to be fixed, needed to be replaced due to wood rot. They then offered to paint the new post. After replacing rotten wood above and below the front door, they also painted the whole area instead of just the repaired area since it would look better. The owner, Vince, explained that he unfortunately had to cancel doing two items on my repair list because the height of my roof combined with the steepness of my yard made using their 40-ft ladder unsafe. I admire that Vince placed the safety of his workers above doing those repairs. This was my second time hiring The Bizzzy Bee, and I plan to use them again."

I am giving a 'B' not because of the quality of the service but for overall the level of detail that can be achieved by a mobile detailer. I would rather pay a bit more in future and take it to a detailer, who can probably take off the car seats and do a bit of a more detailed job that what could be possible by a person carrying limited equipment and supplies in a their car/truck."

- Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received

"North Coast arrived on Thursday morning and stripped all of the old shingles and tar paper from the roof.  They replaced plywood in several places where the roofing was warped or damage by water.  They then covered the roof with a new rhino liner instead of tar paper.  This underlayment is stronger and gives better protection from the elements.  They also lined all of the valleys with rubber to provide better leak protection in areas that are prone to leaks. They arrived early on Friday morning and began to put the new shingles on the roof.  This went much faster than I had expected it to go.  By late evening the roof was complete, the yard was cleaned and all the old shingles and debris was gone.  I appreciate the fact that I was asked my preference on every aspect of the project before it was started.  Even during the project if they weren't sure about what I wanted they would ask me before continuing."
