I was told between 6-7am and they did not arrive until 9am. This was upsetting as we had vacated the house prior to 6am. The cleaning they did was well done but they missed areas. They did not do the exterioir of the kitchen appliances or the kitchen sink, and they completely missed an entire half bath. Overall they were nice to talk to and changed the cleaning date when I asked, and the areas they cleaned were done well. But the late arrival and missing of areas left a bad taste."
