They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. "Maintain It All did a great job digging up a mess of old concrete, the extent which was not known prior to starting the job to then lay down a new driveway extension. The driveway looks great and their project manager was very helpful throughout the process. The pricing is middle of the road, however their level of service and quality of the work more than makes up for paying a little extra. They also did a soft wash of my house/deck which came out very nicely for a reasonable price."
