"Emergency roof replacement. I knew I was getting close to needing a new roof but overnight that turned into an emergency. On Thanksgiving Day while it was raining, we had water staining on the ceiling and water running down one wall in our living room. I crawled into the attic to find significant amount of water coming in and wood rotted completely out in many places. I know my roof and my house could not survive winter. New roof installation went smooth, very quick. I am super happy with the quality and look of the new roof. Received a quote and gave a deposit on Monday, shingles and supplies arrived on Tuesday, dumpster and a crew of nine showed up on Wednesday, job completely done on Thursday. Owner was onsite many times during the day checking on his crew. Good communication from start to finish. They used high quality GAF Timberline HDZ 50 year shingles along with water & ice shield in all the problem areas. I had four different roofers give me quote, No Limit Roofing was the lowest ($1,500 lower then then next lowest quote and $5,000 lower then my highest quote).
