"Joe recommended and performed a major pruning and shaping of the tree. Initially I was shocked by how much was cut back. Now that I have had time to adjust, I agree with how much was cut back and think it's in great shape for next year. To have cut back any less would have been a waste of time. The work was performed while I was at work. Yard was cleaned up and all trimming carried away. Joe called the next day to confirm the work was to my satisfaction.
