I was shocked when he told me that the roof did not need to be replaced. He was kind enough to write my insurance company a letter stating that in his professional opinion the roof was only a few years old and did not need to be replaced. My appeal to my insurance company was accepted, thanks to Ben's letter, and my policy was reinstated. I'm sure Ben could have sold me a roof I didn't need, but clearly his integrity isn't for sale."
