They're not cheap, but you get about 5 or 6 workers with big equipment. For what they do, they're worth the money. They took away all the mess. "TruGreen was hired several years ago to treat both my front and back lawns and they were punctual. In 2010 it became necessary for them to service the lawns on Saturday. That's when things became hit or miss. They would call me to tell me they were coming and to unlock the gate. I would keep the dogs inside and unlock the side gate and the serviceman wouldn't show. On two separate occasions the serviceman came during the week, treated only the front lawn, but I was billed as if both lawns had been treated. The first time when I complained, they sent someone out. The second time when I called to complain about only half the work being done, the only thing that happened was I receied a bill for the full service. I paid one-half and cancelled the contract. If you are at home during the day, or if you don't have pets, this company would probably work for you. <br />"

"ERM are, in many ways, excellent. prompt, for the most part; responsive; professional and willing to listen and work with you. My only concern is that they were overbooked. in turn, they hurried on the flagstone job and just ruined it!!! It already was a big expense, removing it would have been really costly and ERM did not in any way allude to redoing the work. <br /> <br /> Because of this final poor work, which up to then had been excellent, I was left with a poor taste in my mouth. <br /> <br /> Yet, when in comes to general lawn care and getting things done that deal with bushes and the like, they are excellent. Rock work is also superb, but when it comes to flagstone work, think again."

"The crew was excellent. Came when they said they would and stayed on the job till it was finished. I have an odd shaped yard with a large deck, so there was a lot of cutting. The outcome is beautiful and my dogs love it. I had deodorant placed underneath the grass as well as in the grass to stop urine odor. I am very pleased and recommend Easy Lawn to anyone that is looking for artificial grass. They have a large selection of grass types and I feel confident they will recommend the best type for the situation. Grass Masters had very good ratings so I called and made an appointment to have an estimate done. The office staff was very pleasant and professional. Sam (the owner) arrived on time, accessed the project to be done and then went over everything with my husband and I. Sam is a very nice guy and is easy to talk to. The company sent us an estimate via e-mail and we scheduled the work. Everything was completed on time and done well. This are a great company, and I highly recommend them! <br />"
