When I reached out for a quote they responded promtly and came the very next day to provide the quote. Even though Dale was not feeling well he reached out to let me know Braley would come to provide the quote instead. Braley was polite and attentive. I appreciated that even though Dale was not feeling well that he would still honor his word to make sure someone came to provide the quote.
