"I purchased the service special. He missed the day we had scheduled because he forgot to put it in his book. He came out the next day and he was delayed, though he informed me that he would be late because he had back pain and went to the doctor. I was surprised that he left without telling me he was done.
It's hard to rate the quality of the work he did, but I felt I paid $75 for nothing. 
I understand he was having back pain and having issues, but it was an overall odd experience. He missed an appointment, was late for the next one and then left without going over what he did to me. When I contacted him later, he told me he was kind of embarrassed and said he'd give me a free service when I'm next due, in 2-3 years.
I'll pass on using this business again. I did get the sense he is honest but i ultimately don't think I got any value for my money and it was laughable that he said he'd give me a free service in 2-3 years. I can't wait to call and ask for that. I got no receipt or anything.

"I installed baby gates at the top and bottom of my staircase.  Unfortunately, all I have is dry wall and the baby gates had all but come out of the wall.  I also had a toilet paper roll holder that was pulling out of the wall for the same reason (and a toddler who exacerbated the problem).  Two gentlemen came and fixed the baby gates and toilet paper roll in less than an hour and a half.  They did an excellent job, and so far so good!  I told them the issue, and they worked diligently to make sure that the baby gates and toilet paper roll are secure and toddler-proof.  I am more than pleased and will call them for any and all future handyman needs!
