"They called us the same day we sent the inquiry and set up an appointment for a bid. They arrived promptly on Friday and roof repairs were scheduled for the following Monday. They arrived promptly as scheduled and finished the repairs the same day. Great company to work with and very informative, giving us several options to choose from for our repairs."

"Working with Sunguard was quick and easy. I told them details of what I needed done, they suggested other things that I may have forgotten and gave me a good price for the job. I had any other concerns they were right there to help me out."

"Neveda exterior came the same day and did the roof inspection to help me close on my home sell. Awesome company!"

"I purchased an Angie's Deal for a roof inspection.  After a couple of weeks I had to call regarding status and was told he was swamped with calls from the deal so I gave him a break.  After a couple of more weeks I had to call again.  Finally a couple of guys came out late in the afternoon to inspect the roof.  They move a tile back into place and caulked a couple of cracked tiles.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"Very good. The work was done quickly, professionally, before and after photographs were provided, they tested the roof by dousing it in water for 20" - with no leak (Yippee!). Very affordable and I have signed up for their annual maintenance service."

"Roof was: Fantastic! Survived our two major storms! And the plumbing was done at my cabin in Utah so they can travel. Did so well on my roof why wouldn’t I hire them again!"

"As a person who believes in routine maintenance rather than waiting for an emergency, I scheduled the 149.00 roof inspection special.  Jack arrived on time and thoroughly inspected roof.  No problems found.  Would definately recommend this company to friends and family.  My peace of mind well worth the $149.00 cost.

"During the overnight hours, copper thieves defeated the security grate and used the roof-access ladder at our commercial property to gain access to the HVAC units. They completely destroyed one unit, and stole all the copper condensate lines. It was imperative to remove the ladder ASAP. Rudy has performed several jobs for me over the years, so he was the first person I called. Within 24 hours, Rudy and his crew removed the ladder and repaired and painted the stucco. He hauled away the disassembled ladder and completely cleaned the work area. There is no trace whatsoever that the roof-access ladder was ever mounted on the side of the building. Rudy is one of the most ethical, trustworthy and hardworking contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.
