"ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO.I HAD SOME IRON FENCING PLACED AROUND MY LARGE BACK YARD. HUGO,CAME TO MY HOME,PER MY REQUEST ABOUT TWO TIMES BEFORE STARTING THE JOB.I WAS SHOWN MANY SELECTIONS AND HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS DONE,IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND LOOKS GREAT,STILL TO THIS DAY. ALL WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.ABOUT A WEEK AGO,I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A GATE DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY ABOUT SEVEN YEARS. I CALLED THAT COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO DO SMALL REPAIRS ON MY GATE. I THEN CALLED "HUGO" WHO SAID HE WILL HELP ME OUT. IN ABOUT FOUR DAYS,HE TECH,RESPONDED AND REPAIRED MY GATE,FROM THE OTHER COMPANY. THANK YOU HUGO,YOUR COMPANY IS VERY LOYAL TO NEW AND OLD CUSTOMERS.///JOHN//C"
