"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"Brian came over after we had talked with several contractors about a concrete porch underside (in basement room) and one of those contractors made us think the concrete was in such a bad state of "imminent failure" that it needs a full replacement.So, while we continued to get quotes for a full replacement, we also asked a retired architect friend to give his opinion. He did not think concrete was so bad and he was glad we were having a structural engineer (Brian) coming over a few days later. Brian explained why he did not think the concrete was in need of full replacement (very expensive!) and also the damage was not a foundation/structure integrity issue (not "imminent failure"). We had spoken to several contractors and the cost to fully replace is upwards of 15-20 thousand dollars. From the state of the concrete, Brian did not believe the "symptoms" warranted a full replacement and that the more likely issue was simply that we never "sealed" the concrete with epoxy (and only painted the concrete porch). Given the sky-rocketing costs to do any home repairs, it seems more reasonable for us to do first level repair (not replace) that Brian suggests. Brian's honest and informative consultation (for free!!!) is piece of mind and a HUGE savings. We greatly appreciate Brian coming over to educate us - on his own dime. We will definitely ask Brian to come over again if/when we think we need an honest assessment of our home foundation needs."

"Mr. T is just fantastic!!! I have used Anthony for approximately 5 years as my go to home improvement contractor. He has done all the recent work for our house including repairing the chimney, building the stone retaining wall, pouring concrete steps, building a fence, gate, and handrail. He even redid the drain running through the yard, and then ripped out the old broken sidewalk to pour an entire new one about 40ft long. Anthony is very professional and curtious, the only contractor I will recommend and use for my needs."

That built a large 1.5 car garage attached to our house. I had multiple local contractors come out to give me bids on my driveway, removing old sinking and cracked concrete and replacing with new asphalt. The other contractors wanted to pave over the sinking cracked driveway! The two men, Daniel and Dominick, explained what was going to be done and were professional the entire day. The concrete slab was leveled with the front porch and looked as good as new. "I recommend Heidenreich Custom Carpentry because he does excellent work for me, several projects including repair of the ceiling installing wainscoting, trail railing. He put custom molding above the ceiling all throughout the room. He painted everything which looks new now. He remove the old stair railings and installed a new ones for me. He did all the work and installed one light fixtures over my sink."

They installed the limestone lentils above our windows, they have built a Belgium Block parking pod for our son’s car, and this year I gave them reasonably large project: to reset the entire brick patio around our pool. This job took Lee Lansberry’s small crew 3 months (4 people including Lee himself). They finished 2 days ahead of schedule and did a magnificent job.
