"Called to have a dye test done. Charged us for the visit even though they did not have the adequate equipment for the job (camera was too big for pipe). Still proceeded to tear open a garden downspout as if the test were being completed (the downspout clearly went into a planter) Tried to have us pay 12k for unnecessary excavation / pipe work they said needed done. I would avoid this company if you have an old house."
