I tried to take it apart myself and was a pain! He made it look so easy and was quick. He even rearranged my washer and dryer for me. Very polite and easy to talk with. Well worth the money. I would have spent the same amount on parts and shipping! Highly recommend not doing yourself and hiring Eddie for services! "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Jeff came to our home and " diagnosed" the problem. Then it took several attempts to get him to return a text or call. Finally, he called, claimed he couldn't get the part from GE. He agreed to return part of the money we gave him, which was no way feat. We hired another repair person. He felt it was a different part, went to install it, and another part was missing! Jeff had taken it and had no intention of telling us! He did eventually return it and guess what!? He took a good part! Our new repair person installed that part and the new part he had us order and voila, our dishwasher is repaired! Jeff not only took our money but took a perfectly good part out of dishwasher with no intention of returning it until I contacted him several times. If I could put zero stars I would."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
