"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! You may enquire to Aastro as as to my identity as I will give the same glowing recommendation verbally as I have in this review. Ridge Pointe Woods, Boynton Beach, FL. I had a leak for years that no one could fix.  I finally resigned myself to the fact that I needed a new roof given the age of my current one.  I received 3 estimates all in the same range, all were quite expensive.  Then a friend of mine recommended J & K Roofing.  They came out and inspected the roof.  The did the most thorough inspection of all the roofers and as a result informed me that I did not need a new main roof.  It could be repaired and they were so confident in the repair that they gave me a good warranty too.  Further, they said my roof still had an additional 10 plus years of life to it.  They repaired my main roof for a fraction of what others wanted for a new roof.  And they replaced the flat roof for a very good price as well.  They showed up promptly, completed the job quickly, they were neat, clean and polite.  And they fixed the leak!!
