"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! "Ray with Advantage responded within a day, including coming out to view the problem. He immediately thought it was air conditioner duct related, but climbed on my roof and inspected to make certain. He would not take any payment for identifying the problem, explaining how the problem was occurring and doing some additional inspection work. He was absolutely correct that it was water leaking from an ac duct. I was so impressed with his work ethic and willingness to help without accepting any payment for his time and effort. I will definitely call Advantage again when I do have a roof problem."

"Excellent!! Gary Chester came to our home. He gave us a quote. Of course the amount of wood damage could not be 100% estimated until all the tile was removed. There was a little more damage than what we had estimated. Other than that, everything was spot on. The workers showed up on time every day when they left, the worksite was perfectly clean. The job was completed as promised. It has been five years the roof is holding up beautifully. We recently had the roof inspected a few tiles had been damaged by falling limbs from an overhanging oak tree. They were replaced.
