"Eric and his brother came by our property to give us an estimate on a paver driveway and we told them that we had six other people coming over for estimates and they said that’s great. Just let us know which way you’d like to go and that was it for the time so then we listened to the other estimates that other companies gave us and I called Eric back and told him to come by so we can discuss it further and I let him know that some other places were cheaper and some other places were more expensive but I just felt more comfortable with Eric and his brother and their knowledge of the projects. We set up a time to do the work which at this time I had added two more sections of the property to have work done and they showed up on the day that they said they would and the people that installed the pavers knew what they were doing and worked or tails off and they did a fantastic job and everything was leveled out perfect and the Yard looks great. I would recommend Rock and Block highly."

"super saiyan landscaping responded to my angis listing about a drip system leak. they came out and quoted the job at $1800 which was paid in full and they never fixed the problem. the leak remains. ive tried many attempts to contact to get this resolved and and have been ignored. after long waits the respond and make excuses and have never come back to fix the reason they were hired to fix in the first place. the latest excuse is they are out of the country till the end of december. again ive paid this company in full and i feel i have been robbed. ive filed a complaint with angi for investigation and im about to contact the police. "Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider."
